The Shoe Salesman Who Changed the World

2 Timothy 2:2, Proverbs 22:6 (NIV)

A poor Scottish shoemaker named Robert Wilson prayed for the salvation of a young boy who worked in his shop. He shared the gospel with him daily. That boy grew up to become the famous missionary John G. Paton, who took the gospel to the cannibals of the New Hebrides. Paton's work transformed the islands and saved countless souls. Never underestimate the power of investing in one person.
