The King's Invitation

A king prepared a great banquet and invited many guests. When the time came, they all made excuses—one had bought a field, another five oxen, another had just married. The king was furious and told his servants, "Go out quickly into the streets and alleys and bring in the poor, the crippled, the blind, and the lame." God's invitation is open to everyone—don't make excuses.
