The Parable of the Unforgiving Servant

Matthew 18:21-35 (NIV)

A king canceled a servant's enormous debt, but that servant refused to forgive a small debt owed to him. When the king heard about this, he was furious and handed the unforgiving servant over to jailers. Jesus said, "This is how my heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother or sister from your heart." Grace received must be grace given. You cannot truly receive God's forgiveness without extending it to others.
